Garage Door Remote Not Opening

My remote controls won t open the garage door.

If the remote works from inside the garage but not from the outside then most likely the antenna wire on the garage door opener itself may be damaged broken or not in visible range. My garage door will not open even when i use the remote i have no way to enter. They worked this morning to close the door but would not open for me this afternoon sound familiar. When in one of these modes it may open once using the remote then must be unlocked from. Try using your remote to open or close your door to determine if the reprogramming was successful. Tried to reset remotes and get nothing.
